02:51
And the privatepribadi companiesperusahaan that sellmenjual condomskondom in these placestempat,
61
156000
3000
Dan perusahaan swasta yang menjual kondom di tempat ini,
02:54
they understandmemahami this.
62
159000
2000
mengerti akan hal ini.
02:56
TheirMereka marketingpemasaran is slightlysedikit differentberbeda.
63
161000
3000
Pemasaran mereka sedikit berbeda.
02:59
The namenama mightmungkin not be much differentberbeda,
64
164000

Namanya mungkin tidak jauh berbeda
03:01
but the imageryperumpamaan sure is.
65
166000

namun gambarannya sangat berbeda.
03:03
Some brandsmerek are aspirationalaspirasi,
66
168000
3000
Jadi merk dagangnya sangat aspiratif,
03:06
and certainlypasti the packagingpengemasan is incrediblyluar biasa provocativeprovokatif.
67
171000
4000
dan kemasannya benar-benar provokatif.
03:10
And this madeterbuat me think
68
175000
2000
Hal ini membuat saya berpikir
03:12
that perhapsmungkin the donordonor agenciesagensi had just missedtidak terjawab out
69
177000
3000
mungkin lembaga donor melewatkan
03:15
on a keykunci aspectaspek of marketingpemasaran:
70
180000
2000
aspek kunci dari pemasaran,
03:17
understandingpengertian who'ssiapa the audiencehadirin.
71
182000
3000
memahami siapa yang dituju.
03:20
And for donordonor agenciesagensi, unfortunatelysayangnya,
72
185000
3000
Dan sayangnya bagi lembaga donor,
03:23
the audiencehadirin tendscenderung to be
73
188000
2000
pelanggan yang dituju cenderung
03:25
people that aren'ttidak even in the countrynegara they're workingkerja [in].
74
190000
2000
bukan orang yang tinggal di negara tempat mereka bekerja.
03:27
It's people back home,
75
192000
2000
Namun orang-orang di negara asal mereka,
03:29
people that supportmendukung theirmereka work,
76
194000
2000
orang-orang yang mendukung tugas mereka,
03:31
people like these.
77
196000
3000
orang-orang seperti ini.
03:34
But if what we're really tryingmencoba to do
78
199000

Namun jika kita benar-benar ingin mencoba
03:36
is stop the spreadpenyebaran of HIVHIV,
79
201000
3000
menghentikan penyebaran HIV
03:39
we need to think about the customerpelanggan,
80
204000
2000
kita harus memikirkan tentang pelanggannya,
03:41
the people whoseyang behaviortingkah laku needskebutuhan to changeperubahan --
