19000
3000
00:37
he's going to showpokazati everyonesvatko elsedrugo how to followslijediti.

2000
On će pokazati svima ostalima kako slijediti.
00:39
Now, noticeobavijest that the leadervođa embraceszagrljaji him as an equaljednak.
9
24000
2000
00:41
So, now it's not about the leadervođa anymoreviše;
10
26000
2000
Sada više nije riječ samo o vođi,
00:43
it's about them, pluralmnožina.
11
28000

već o njima. Množina.
00:45
Now, there he is callingzvanje to his friendsprijatelji.
12
30000
2000
Sada on poziva svoje prijatelje.
00:47
Now, if you noticeobavijest that the first followersljedbenik
13

Uočite da je prvi sljedbenik
00:49
is actuallyzapravo an underestimatedPodcijenio formoblik of leadershiprukovodstvo in itselfsebe.
14
34000
4000
zapravo podcijenjeni oblik vođe.
00:53
It takes gutscrijeva to standstajati out like that.
15
38000
2000
Treba hrabrosti tako istupiti.
00:55
The first followersljedbenik is what transformstransformira
16
40000
3000
Prvi sljedbenik je taj koji
00:58
a loneusamljen nutorah into a leadervođa.
17
43000
2000
osamljenog čudaka pretvara u vođu.

01:05
And here comesdolazi a seconddrugi followersljedbenik.
20
50000
2000
Sada dolazi idući sljedbenik.
01:07
Now it's not a loneusamljen nutorah, it's not two nutsorašasto voće --
21
52000
2000
Sada to više nije usamljeni čudak, niti su dva luđaka.
01:09
threetri is a crowdgužva, and a crowdgužva is newsvijesti.
22
54000
3000
01:12
So a movementpokret mustmora be publicjavnost.
23
57000
2000
Dakle, pokret mora biti javan.
01:14
It's importantvažno to showpokazati not just to showpokazati the leadervođa, but the followerssljedbenici,
24
59000
3000
01:17
because you find that newnovi followerssljedbenici
25
62000
2000
Jer vidimo da novi sljedbenici
01:19
emulatenatjecati se the followerssljedbenici, not the leadervođa.
26
64000
3000
oponašaju druge sljedbenike, a ne vođu.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelyodmah after,
27
67000
2000
Dolazi još dvoje ljudi i odmah poslije njih
01:24
threetri more people.
28
69000
2000
još troje.
01:26
Now we'veimamo got momentummoment. This is the tippingtipping pointtočka.
29
71000
2000
Sada već imamo kritičnu masu. To je točka preokreta.
01:28
Now we'veimamo got a movementpokret.
30
73000
3000
Sada imamo pokret.
01:32
So, noticeobavijest that, as more people joinpridružiti in,
31
77000
2000
Primijetite, što se više ljudi pridruži,
01:34
it's lessmanje riskyrizičan.
32
79000
2000
sve manje je riskantno pridružiti se.
01:36
So those that were sittingsjedenje on the fenceograda before, now have no reasonrazlog not to.
33
81000
3000
01:39
They won'tnavika standstajati out,
34
84000
2000
Neće se isticati na krvi način, štrčati.
01:41
they won'tnavika be ridiculedismijavaju,
35
86000
2000
Neće biti ismijani.
01:43
but they will be partdio of the in-crowdu gužvi if they hurryžuriti.
36
88000
2000
01:45
(LaughterSmijeh)
37
90000
3000
(smijeh)
01:48
So, over the nextSljedeći minuteminuta,
38
93000
2000
U sljedećoj minuti,
01:50
you'llvi ćete see all of those that preferradije to stickštap with the crowdgužva
39
95000
2000
01:52
because eventuallyeventualno they would be ridiculedismijavaju
40
97000
2000
zato što će na kraju biti ismijani
01:54
for not joiningspajanje in.
41
99000
2000
ako se ne budu pridružili.
01:56
And that's how you make a movementpokret.
42
101000
2000
Evo, tako se pokreće promjena.
01:58
But let's recaprekapitulacija some lessonslekcije from this.
43
103000
2000
No, ponovimo što smo naučili.
02:00
So first, if you are the typetip,
44
105000
3000
Prvo, ako ste vi tip čovjeka,
02:03
like the shirtlessbez majice dancingples guy that is standingstajati alonesam,
45
108000
3000
02:06
rememberzapamtiti the importancevažnost of nurturingnjegovanje
46
111000
2000
zapamtite važnost tretiranja
02:08
your first fewnekoliko followerssljedbenici as equalsjednak
47
113000
2000
svojih prvih par sljedbenika kao sebi ravnih,
02:10
so it's clearlyjasno about the movementpokret, not you.
48
115000
3000
02:13
Okay, but we mightmoć have missedpropustili the realstvaran lessonlekcija here.
49
118000
3000
Ok, ali možda smo propustili pravu lekciju ovdje.
02:16
The biggestnajveći lessonlekcija, if you noticedprimijetio --
50
121000
2000
Najveća lekcija, ako ste je primijetili --
02:18
did you catchulov it? -- is that leadershiprukovodstvo
51
123000
2000
jeste li je uhvatili -- vodstvo
02:20
is over-glorified-proslavljen.
52
125000
2000
je precijenjeno.
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessbez majice guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
Istina, muškarac bez majice je bio prvi
02:24
and he'llpakao get all the creditKreditna,
54
129000
2000
i on će dobiti sve zasluge,
02:26
but it was really the first followersljedbenik
55
131000
2000
ali je zapravo prvi sljedbenik
02:28
that transformedpretvara the loneusamljen nutorah into a leadervođa.
56
133000
3000
preobrazio osamljenog čudaka u vođu.
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leadersčelnici,
57
136000
2000
02:33
that would be really ineffectiveneučinkovit.
58
138000
2000
ali to bi bilo zbilja bezuspješno.
02:35
If you really carebriga about startingpolazeći a movementpokret,
59
140000
2000
02:37
have the couragehrabrost to followslijediti
60
142000
2000
imajte hrabrosti slijediti
02:39
and showpokazati othersdrugi how to followslijediti.
61
144000
2000
i pokažite drugima kako slijediti.
02:41
And when you find a loneusamljen nutorah doing something great,
62
146000
2000
02:43
have the gutscrijeva to be the first one
63
148000
2000
imajte hrabrosti biti prvi
02:45
to standstajati up and joinpridružiti in.
64
150000
2000
koji će istupiti i pridružiti mu se.
02:47
And what a perfectsavršen placemjesto to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
02:49
