00:32
But what he's doing is so easyuşor to followurma.

00:34
So here'saici e his first followerADEPT with a crucialcrucial rolerol;

00:37
he's going to showspectacol everyonetoata lumea elsealtfel how to followurma.

00:39
Now, noticeînștiințare that the leaderlider embracesîmbrățișări him as an equalegal.
9
24000
2000
00:41
So, now it's not about the leaderlider anymoremai;
10
26000
2000
Deci, acum nu mai este vorba numai despre lider;
00:43
it's about them, pluralplural.
11
28000
2000
este vorba despre ei, plural.
00:45
Now, there he is callingapel to his friendsprieteni.
12
30000
2000
Acum, iată-l strigându-şi prietenii.
00:47
Now, if you noticeînștiințare that the first followerADEPT

14
34000
4000
00:53
It takes gutsburtă to standstand out like that.
15
38000
2000
00:55
The first followerADEPT is what transformstransformatele
16

Primul adept este ceea ce transformă

And here comesvine a secondal doilea followerADEPT.
20
50000
2000
01:07
Now it's not a lonesinguratic nutnuca, it's not two nutsnuci --
21
52000
2000
01:09
threeTrei is a crowdmulţimea, and a crowdmulţimea is newsștiri.
22
54000
3000
01:12
So a movementcirculaţie musttrebuie sa be publicpublic.
23
57000
2000
Deci o mișcare trebuie să fie publică.
01:14
It's importantimportant to showspectacol not just to showspectacol the leaderlider, but the followersadepţi,
24
59000
3000
01:17
because you find that newnou followersadepţi
25
62000
2000
pentru că îți dai seama că noii adepți
01:19
emulateimite the followersadepţi, not the leaderlider.
26
64000
3000
imită adepții, nu liderul.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelyimediat after,
27
67000
2000
01:24
threeTrei more people.
28
69000
2000
încă trei oameni.
01:26
Now we'vene-am got momentumimpuls. This is the tippingbasculare pointpunct.
29
71000
2000
Acum avem un trend. Acesta este punctul culminant.
01:28
Now we'vene-am got a movementcirculaţie.
30
73000
3000
Acum avem o mișcare.
01:32
So, noticeînștiințare that, as more people joina adera in,
31
77000
2000
01:34
it's lessMai puțin riskyriscant.
32
79000
2000
este mai puțin riscant.
01:36
So those that were sittingședință on the fencegard before, now have no reasonmotiv not to.
33
81000
3000
01:39
They won'tnu va standstand out,
34
84000
2000
Nu vor ieși în evidență.
01:41
they won'tnu va be ridiculedridiculizat,
35
86000
2000
Nu vor fi ridiculizați.
01:43
but they will be partparte of the in-crowdîn mulţimea if they hurrygrabă.
36
88000
2000
01:45
(LaughterRâs)
37
90000
3000
(Râsete)
01:48
So, over the nextUrmător → minuteminut,
38
93000
2000
Deci, pe parcursul următorului minut,
01:50
you'llveți see all of those that preferprefera to stickbăț with the crowdmulţimea
39
95000
2000
01:52
because eventuallyîn cele din urmă they would be ridiculedridiculizat
40
97000
2000
deoarece vor fi ridiculizați într-un final
01:54
for not joiningaderarea in.
41
99000
2000
pentru că nu s-au alăturat,
01:56
And that's how you make a movementcirculaţie.
42
101000
2000
și aşa se construieşte o mişcare.
01:58
But let's recaprecapitulare some lessonslecții from this.
43
103000
2000
Dar să recapitulăm câteva lecții de aici.
02:00
So first, if you are the typetip,
44
105000
3000
Deci prima, dacă ești tipul,
02:03
like the shirtlessshirtless dancingdans guy that is standingpermanent alonesingur,
45
108000
3000
ca tipul fără cămașă care dansează singur,
02:06
remembertine minte the importanceimportanţă of nurturingcultivarea
46
111000
2000
amintiți-vă de importanța creșterii
02:08
your first fewpuțini followersadepţi as equalseste egală
47
113000
2000
primilor voștri adepți ca egali
02:10
so it's clearlyclar about the movementcirculaţie, not you.
48
115000
3000
02:13
Okay, but we mightar putea have missedratat the realreal lessonlecţie here.
49
118000
3000
02:16
The biggestCea mai mare lessonlecţie, if you noticeda observat --
50
121000
2000
Cea mai importantă lecție, dacă ați observat --
02:18
did you catchcaptură it? -- is that leadershipconducere
51
123000
2000
ați prins-o? -- este că leadershipul
02:20
is over-glorifiedsupra-glorificat.
52
125000
2000
este supraevaluat,
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessshirtless guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
02:24
and he'lliad get all the creditcredit,
54
129000
2000
și el va primi toate laudele,
02:26
but it was really the first followerADEPT
55
131000
2000
dar de fapt a fost primul adept
02:28
that transformedtransformat the lonesinguratic nutnuca into a leaderlider.
56
133000
3000
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leadersliderii,
57
136000
2000
02:33
that would be really ineffectiveineficiente.
58
138000
2000
ar trebui să fie foarte ineficient.
02:35
If you really careîngrijire about startingpornire a movementcirculaţie,
59
140000
2000
Dacă vă pasă cu adevărat despre pornirea unei mișcări,
02:37
have the couragecuraj to followurma
60
142000
2000
aveți curajul să urmați
02:39
and showspectacol othersalții how to followurma.
61
144000
2000
și să arătați celorlalți cum să urmeze.
02:41
And when you find a lonesinguratic nutnuca doing something great,
62
146000
2000
02:43
have the gutsburtă to be the first one
63
148000
2000
aveți curajul să fiți primul
02:45
to standstand up and joina adera in.
64
150000

02:47
And what a perfectperfect placeloc to do that, at TEDTED.
