Najprej, kot seveda veste, si mora voditelj upati

00:34
So here'sTukaj je his first followerPartizan with a crucialključnega pomena rolevloga;

Tu je torej njegov prvi privrženec z odločilno vlogo.
00:37
he's going to showshow everyonevsi elsedrugače how to followsledite.

9
24000
2000
Bodite pozorni na to, da ga voditelj sprejme kot enakovrednega.
00:41
So, now it's not about the leadervodja anymoreveč;
10
26000
2000
Zdaj torej ne gre več za voditelja;
00:43
it's about them, pluralmnožina.
11
28000
2000
gre za oba, dvojina.
00:45
Now, there he is callingklicanje to his friendsprijatelji.
12
30000
2000
Zdaj kliče svoje prijatelje.
00:47
Now, if you noticeopaziti that the first followerPartizan
13
32000
2000
Zdaj, če opazite, je prvi privrženec
00:49
is actuallydejansko an underestimatedpodcenjevati formobrazec of leadershipvodstvo in itselfsama.
14
34000
4000
dejansko podcenjena oblika vodenja samega.
00:53
It takes gutsčrevesje to standstojalo out like that.
15
38000
2000
Za takšno izpostavljanje je potreben pogum.
00:55
The first followerPartizan is what transformspreoblikuje
16
40000
3000
Prvi privrženec je tisti, ki spremeni
00:58
a loneSam nutmatica into a leadervodja.
17

2000
osamljenega norca v vodjo.

01:05
And here comesprihaja a seconddrugič followerPartizan.
20
50000
2000
In tukaj prihaja drugi privrženec.
01:07
Now it's not a loneSam nutmatica, it's not two nutsoreščki --
21
52000
2000
Zdaj ni več osamljeni norec, nista dva norca,
01:09
threetri is a crowdmnožica, and a crowdmnožica is newsnovice.
22
54000
3000
trije so skupina in skupina je novica.
01:12
So a movementpremikanje mustmoraš be publicjavnost.
23
57000
2000
Gibanje torej mora biti javno.
01:14
It's importantpomembno to showshow not just to showshow the leadervodja, but the followersprivrženci,
24
59000
3000
Pomembno je, da se ne kaže le vodja, ampak tudi privržence,
01:17
because you find that newnovo followersprivrženci
25
62000
2000
ker ugotovite, da novi privrženci
01:19
emulatetekmovati the followersprivrženci, not the leadervodja.
26
64000
3000
oponašajo privržence, ne vodje.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelytakoj after,
27
67000
2000
Zdaj prihajata še dva človeka in takoj za tem
01:24
threetri more people.
28
69000
2000
še trije ljudje.
01:26
Now we'vesmo got momentumzagon. This is the tippingodlaganje pointtočka.
29
71000
2000
Zdaj smo dobili zagon. To je prelomna točka.
01:28
Now we'vesmo got a movementpremikanje.
30
73000
3000
Sedaj imamo gibanje.
01:32
So, noticeopaziti that, as more people joinPridružite se in,
31
77000
2000
Torej, vidite, ko se več ljudi pridružuje,
01:34
it's lessmanj riskytvegano.
32
79000
2000
je tveganje manjše.
01:36
So those that were sittingsedi on the fenceograjo before, now have no reasonrazlog not to.
33
81000
3000
Torej tisti, ki so bili prej neodločeni, sedaj za to več nimajo razloga.
01:39
They won'tne bo standstojalo out,
34
84000
2000
Ne bodo izstopali.
01:41
they won'tne bo be ridiculedtarča posmeha,
35
86000
2000
Ne bodo zasmehovani.
01:43
but they will be partdel of the in-crowdv množice if they hurryPohitite.
36
88000
2000
Vendar pa bodo del "taglavnih", če pohitijo.
01:45
(LaughterSmeh)
37
90000
3000
(smeh)
01:48
So, over the nextNaslednji minuteminuto,
38
93000
2000
No, v roku naslednje minute
01:50
you'llboš see all of those that preferraje to stickpalico with the crowdmnožica
39
95000
2000
boste videli vse tiste, ki se raje držijo skupine,
01:52
because eventuallysčasoma they would be ridiculedtarča posmeha
40
97000
2000
ker bi jih sčasoma zasmehovali,
01:54
for not joiningpridruži se in.
41
99000
2000
ker se niso pridružili
01:56
And that's how you make a movementpremikanje.
42
101000
2000
in na tak način naredite gibanje.
01:58
But let's recapRekapitulacija some lessonslekcije from this.
43
103000
2000
Vendar ponovimo nekaj naukov iz tega.
02:00
So first, if you are the typetip,
44
105000
3000
Najprej, če ste tak tip,
02:03
like the shirtlessbrez srajce dancingples guy that is standingstoji alonesam,
45
108000
3000
kot tisti plešoči moški brez majice, ki stoji sam,
02:06
rememberZapomni si the importancepomembnost of nurturingnegovanje
46
111000
2000
si zapomnite pomembnost tega,
02:08
your first fewmalo followersprivrženci as equalsenako
47
113000
2000
da prvih nekaj privržencev sprejmete kot enakovredne,
02:10
so it's clearlyjasno about the movementpremikanje, not you.
48
115000
3000
da je jasno, da gre za gibanje in ne za vas.
02:13
Okay, but we mightmorda have missedzamudil the realresnično lessonlekcijo here.
49
118000
3000
Ok, smo pa morda spregledali resnični nauk.
02:16
The biggestnajvečji lessonlekcijo, if you noticedopazili --
50
121000
2000
Največji nauk, če ste opazili --
02:18
did you catchulov it? -- is that leadershipvodstvo
51
123000
2000
ste ujeli? -- je, da je
02:20
is over-glorifiedpreveč slavili.
52
125000
2000
vodenje preveč opevano,
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessbrez srajce guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
da je, ja, moški brez majice bil prvi
02:24
and he'llon bo get all the creditkredit,
54
129000
2000
in bodo njemu pripisane vse zasluge,
02:26
but it was really the first followerPartizan
55
131000
2000
vendar je v resnici bil prvi privrženec tisti,
02:28
that transformedpreoblikovati the loneSam nutmatica into a leadervodja.
56
133000
3000
ki je spremenil osamljenega norca v vodjo.
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leadersvoditelji,
57
136000
2000
Torej, ko nam govorijo, da bi vsi morali biti vodje,
02:33
that would be really ineffectiveneučinkovito.
58
138000
2000
bi to bilo resnično neučinkovito.
02:35
If you really carenego about startingzačetek a movementpremikanje,
59
140000
2000
Če vam je res mar za začetek gibanja,
02:37
have the couragepogum to followsledite
60
142000
2000
imejte pogum slediti
02:39
and showshow othersdrugi how to followsledite.
61
144000
2000
in pokažite drugim, kako slediti.
02:41
And when you find a loneSam nutmatica doing something great,
62
146000
2000
In ko najdete osamljenega norca, ki počne nekaj izjemnega,
02:43
have the gutsčrevesje to be the first one
63
148000
2000
si drznite biti prvi,
02:45
to standstojalo up and joinPridružite se in.
64
150000
2000
ki mu bo pristopil in se mu pridružil.
02:47
And what a perfectpopolno placemesto to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
In da to naredite, je TED popolno mesto.
02:49
Thankshvala.
